The latest improvements made to Bien-Air contra-angles include a new set of axes and gears mounted on preloaded ball bearings.

This contra-angle has an internal irrigation system – a world first. Thus, you are not bothered by the irrigation line when you have the contra-angle in hand. The jet of physiological liquid is projected in the very axis of the drill, providing perfect cooling, especially during poses using implant guides. Equipped with a miniature head, the CA 20:1 is the lightest contra-angle on the market. Its stainless steel shafts and gears are also characterized by high resistance to saline solutions.

The cutter drive and clamping mechanism, Accu-Chuck, has been designed to be vibration-free and ensures optimum stability and precision at any rotational speed. The system associated with this is the Soft Push which allows the loosening of the cutters with incredible ease and speed. All it takes is a press of the push button to clamp and unclamp the cutter.
